Ingredients
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic
1 tsp. salt and black pepper
25 oz. cannellini beans
2 cups giardiniera
1 red onion
Directions
In a large dish, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add beans, giardiniera, and onion to combine.
Serve!
