Garlicky Green Beans With Pine Nuts

1 pounds green beans, trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 cup pine nuts

kosher salt and pepper



Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the green beans and cook until just tender.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the garlic for 1 minute. Add the pine nuts and cook until golden brown.Season with salt and pepper.
