Duchess Potatoes Recipe

Duchess Potatoes
Ingredients

4 pounds  brown potatoes

8 tablespoon spread

1 mug of whipping cream

4 teaspoons  salt

Nuts

A lot of pepper

 

Directions

Put in a substantial pot and load with water. Heat the water to the point of boiling until a fork effectively jabs through the potatoes for15 minutes.

Once the potatoes are cool, include the egg yolks, spread, cream, salt, pepper and nuts. Crush the potatoes until smooth. Taste for flavoring.

Preheat the stove to 350 degrees.

Prepare the potatoes for 45 minutes, or until they have begun to turn tan along the edges.

Put in a dish and serve promptly
