Cheese tomato frittata Recipe

Kale goat cheese tomato frittata

Ingredients:

6 natural eggs

8 oz cheese

4 mugs crisp kale

Directions:

Preheat your broiler to 425f.

Add all the fixings aside from the tomatoes, goat cheddar and kale. Place the mixture in the cast press and orchestrate the kale, tomatoes emulated by the goat cheddar over the egg mixture.

Prepare in your preheated stove for 25-30 minutes. Bake and serve!
