Strawberry-Mango Parfaits With Ginger Topping

1 half quart strawberries, stemmed and cut

2 tablespoons squeezed orange

2 teaspoons ground orange skin

1 half quart mango or orange sorbet

1 half quart strawberry frozen yogurt

1/2 container gingersnap morsels


Throw strawberries, sugar, squeeze, and skin in a dish and put aside. Spot scoops of sorbet and dessert in profound dishes or parfait glasses. Top with a layer of sauce, and rehash with an alternate layer of sorbet and dessert.
