Roast Chicken

 

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken

6 Tbsp margarine

3 lemons

3  rosemary

Salt and pepper,

5 carrots

3 onions

5 potatoes

Chicken Sauce

Method:

1.heat the broiler to 425 degrees F.

2. second thing is to rinse chicken, take off the inside parts and pat it dry

3.the the leaves should be stripped off of one of the rosemary sprigs and split it up very gently.

4.in a large bowl, add up the margarine, with the two lemons, rosemary, and salt and pepper
5.put the chicken in a cooking bowl. hold it with in it with chopped onion, carrot and potato.

6.using your fingers, distribute the margarine everywhere on the chicken. Use any extra margarin to spread inside the chicken,
or simply add taste hole with extra rosemary, salt and pepper.
slice the two lemons down the center and plut the pit alongside the extra sprig of crisp rosemary inside

7.put the chicken into the broiler and plate but do not cover it. cook it for 1 hour.
