Oatmeal With Apricots and Raisins

If you don’t have time to spare in the morning, you can make the oatmeal the night before and refrigerate. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes to reheat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons golden raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dried apricots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped roasted almonds
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Prepare the oats according to the package directions. Divide between 2 bowls.
  2. Dividing evenly, top with the milk, raisins, apricots, almonds, and nutmeg.
