Oatmeal With Apricots and Raisins
This recipe will work year-round with a variety of seasonal fruits; try clementine segments or quartered strawberries in place of the pineapple.
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons golden raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped dried apricots
- 2 tablespoons chopped roasted almonds
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
Cook the oats according to the package directions.
Distribute it evenly into 2 bowls.
Top each of the oats with the milk, raisins, apricots, almonds, and nutmeg.
Serve and enjoy!
