All you need is:

Fill gallon jar, add  3/4 full with water add 6 raspberry herb teabags, which are naturally high in magnesium, potassium, iron and B-vitamins which make it helpful for nausea, leg cramps and improving sleep during pregnancy, it is also known to be extremely beneficial for the female reproductive system. Add stevia, a natural sweetener, which is extremely sweet and contain no calories or sugar. Place tea jug in the sun for 6-8 hours; add a pinch of fresh mint springs for garnish. Enjoy over ice! Cooling and refreshing!
