   Honey-glazed baby carrots with mint

Ingredients:

4 groups  carrots

1/4 glass nectar

1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

1/4 glass new mint

Technique

Cook carrots in an expansive pot of bubbling water for 6 to 8 minutes or until delicate. Return carrots to skillet with nectar and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.

Spot skillet over low high temperature. Cook until warmed through. Expel from high temperature. Include  mint. Put on a serving plate and sprinkle with staying mint. Serve.
