Cherry Smoothie


1/2 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
1 cup cherries, frozen
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. stevia or more to taste


Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Serve with reduced fat whip cream and a cherry!
