Apple and Goat Cheese Appetizers

A great appetizer to serve for breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch



  • 1 ounce crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2  tablespoon honey
  • 1 large apple, cored and cut into thin slices
  • micro green leaves
  • Gorgonzola
  • Freshly ground black pepper



Combine goat cheese and honey in a small bowl.

Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture onto each apple slice

Top with micro greens and Gorgonzola.

Arrange the slices on a platter and sprinkle with black pepper.
