5 Juices For Healthy Nails

1. Cucumber – Apple Juice

Cucumbers are full of silica which is a mineral present in our nails, muscles, joints and hair.
By taking this juice you can help yourself in keeping your nails healthy and grow fast. Here is a recipe:

Ingredients:

a) Cucumber – ½

b) Lemon – 1

c) Celery stick – 3

d) Apple – 1

Directions:

This juice is quit easy to make as you don’t have to do a lot of labour. Just toss the ingredients except lemon is a blender and blend them until smooth. Then add lemon drops to it to make it more delicious. You can also add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Serve it in a glass and enjoy your juice.

2. Watermelon – kale juice

Kale juice is quite good for your nails as it gives your body required amount of vitamin C, A and K. It also gives your body 20% calcium, magnesium and potassium.

Ingredients:

a) Medium carrots – 6

b) Parsley – 1 bunch

c) Swiss chard – 4 leaves

d) Watermelon – 1/8 of medium one

e) Kale – 5 cups

 

Directions:

Wash your carrots and parsley and peel the carrots. Now cut the watermelon into pieces by cutting it out of its skin. Cut carrots and put them in your juicer to get the pulp of carrot. Process the kale in a juicer without mixing carrots in it. Now mix the ingredients and process them in a juicer. It will serve 5 cups. You can store this kale juice in an air tight container for one day.

3. Mango & Blueberry Juice

Ingredients:

a) Kale leaves – 4-5

b) Mangoes – 2 small

c) Apricots – 2 with pits removed

d) Grapes – 30

e) Blueberries – 2 handfuls

f) Chia seeds – 2 teaspoons

Directions:

Remove the stems of everything and put all the ingredients in the blender or juicer except chia seeds. Also add 1 cup of water to liquify the juice. When you get your juice mixed properly, then add some chia seeds to the juice and let the drink sit for about 10 minutes. This will helps the seeds in expanding. After 10 minutes are over, stir it and have it. This drink serves about 16 oz. Store it in a fridge and consume it within two days. Also always stir before drinking it.

4. Apple & Pear juice

Ingredients:

a) Kale – 1 cup

b) Lemon – 1

c) Cucumber – Half

d) Celery sticks – 2

e) Apple – 1

f) Pear – 1

Due to the vitamins and minerals present in dark green leafy vegetables, they should be consumed more often. Here is how to make this recipe. Wash all the ingredients and peel the cucumber. Take a blender and put all the ingredients except lemon to the blender to blend them until smooth. Add some drops of lemon to your juice. Now your juice is ready to drink. You can also add a pinch of salt to it.

5. Carrot Crush

Carrots contain vitamin A which is good for your nails. This juice recipe is perfect to keep your nails healthy.

Ingredients:

a) Large carrots – 3

b) Apples – 2

c) Lemon – ½

d) Ginger – 1 inch piece

Directions:

This juice is also easy to make. What all you have to do is to wash all the ingredients and peel your carrots and ginger. Slice the carrots, apples and ginger. Now put carrots, apples and pieces of ginger into your juicer. Now push the on button and process them until you get juice. Now add drops of lemon to your juice and drink it.
