1 lb Ball of Pizza Dough
½ cup of Frozen Defrosted Spinach
½ cup of Chopped Tomatoes
½ cup of Leftover Cooked Broccoli
1 cup of Ricotta Cheese
1 cup of Shredded Mozzarella
2 Cloves of Garlic, finely minced or grated
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a lightly floured surface, roll your dough into a 16 inch circle.
On the middle of the dough, place your mozzarella and put the ricotta on top.
Add in your vegetables over the ricotta and season it with salt and pepper. Sprinkle garlic and olive oil.
Tuck and roll it in your pizza dough. Pinching the dough to seal everything in.
Be sure to also seal the edges and cut in extra dough. Place in a lined baking sheet and make slits on top of the dough to let the steam escape.
Bake it the oven for 25-30 minutes until it turn into a nice golden color.
Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Slice into serving pieces and enjoy!
