Truffle Salted Roasted Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1 5-lb Whole Chicken, cleaned, washed and patted dry
1 1/2 cups of White Wine
2 cups of Chicken Stock
Coarse Truffle Salt
2 Tbsp of Melted Butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Tie the chicken legs together using a kitchen twine and place it on the rack of your roasting pan. Tuck the tips of your chicken wings.
Brush melted butter all over your chicken. Sprinkle truffle salt over your chicken.
Pour white wine into your pan and chicken stock.
Roast it in the oven for 1 1/2 hour until the thermometer reads 165 degrees when you pierce it on the thigh area. Remove from the oven.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
