Roasted Strawberry Mascarpone Cupcakes

Ingredients

Strawberry Cupcakes

5 ounces unsalted spread

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla bean glue

1 container acrid cream

1 & 1/2 containers flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Macarpone Frosting

8 ounces mascarpone

8 ounces cream

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 mug powdered sugar

 

Directions

Cooked Strawberry Cupcakes

Cream spread and sugar till light and cushy.

Include eggs each one in turn.

Include vanilla bean glue.

Whisk flour, heating powder, preparing pop, and salt in particular vessel.

Add dries to mixture exchanging with harsh cream.

Fill cupcake tins and spot 2-3 simmered strawberries on top of every cupcake. Heat at 350 degrees for 25 minutes turning once partly through.

Mascarpone Frosting

Whip substantial cream, powdered sugar and vanilla till solid.

Fold into mascarpone. Utilize immediately.

Top with broiled strawberries.
