Spinach Mozzarella Croissants

Ingredients

1 Package Refrigerated Croissants

Fresh Spinach

Mozzarella Cheese (Slices are easiest)

Freshly grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese

 

Directions:

Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on one wedge of croissant.

Place a few pieces of spinach on top of the mozzarella.

Sprinkle with the freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese.

Roll the croissants from the point to the wide portion.

Cook at 350 degrees for around 8-10 minutes…until cheese is melted and croissants are cooked thoroughly.

These make a great party favor too!
