Sparkling Pineapple Mint Juice

Ingredients:

1 crisp pineapple, peeled and slashed

1/4 measure (one little modest bunch) crisp mint

A couple of teaspoons of nectar or your sweetener or decision

1 liter jug of shimmering water or club pop

Pounded ice, to serve

Directions:

Place pineapple, mint and sweetener (if utilizing) in a rapid blender or sustenance processor. Process until smooth. Put into tall glasses, top with squashed ice. Include shining water or club pop to top. Serve promptly decorate with mint or pineapple cuts if wanted.
