Small Fish Fillet Recipe
Ingredients
4- to 6-ounce pieces boneless, skin-on striped bass, cold burn, pollock, or mackerel or boneless, skinless catfish
legitimate salt and dark pepper
Directions
Set up the flame broil.
Season the fish with ΒΌ teaspoon each one salt and pepper. Flame broil, revealed, skin-side up (if the skin is on), until brilliant tan, 4 to 6 minutes.
Turn and flame broil until hazy all through.
Present with Tomato and Pesto Sauce, Harissa Mayo, Thyme and Orange Marmalade, or Caper-Parsley Tapenade
