Salmon and Soba Salad
Ingredients

12 oz soba noodles

3 tbsp cooking oil

8 oz.pieces salmon filet

salt and dark pepper

1 red pepper

7 scallions
Directions

Cook the soba noodles as indicated.

Warm the oil over medium high temperature. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Cook until murky all through, 5 to 6 minutes every side.

Slice the salmon into pieces.

Throw the noodles with the chime pepper, scallions, and vinaigrette. Exchange the noodles to bowls and top with the salmon.
