A Greek-Style Hummus Dip made from Lentils and Roasted Red Peppers! Vegan, Vegetarian, Low Fat, Healthy!
1 cup Dried Lentils
3 Roasted Red Peppers
1 1/2 cup Vegetable Stock
3 Cloves Peeled Garlic
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
Process all the ingredients until smooth.
Serve with multi-grain pita chips or crudites.
