Roast Chicken in Oven Recipe
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
6 tablespoons of butter
3 lemons
3 sprigs crisp rosemary
Salt and pepper (for flavoring)
5 substantial carrots
2 onion, cleaved
3 potatoes cleaved
Chicken Sauce
Method:
- Turn on the broiler in to 450 degree fahrenheit
- Take off the inside parts of the chicken, rinse and pat it dry
- Cleave and strip the leaves off of rosemary sprigs.
- Place the butter in a large mixing bowl and include the lemon, with the rosemary, and salt and pepper to add flavor.
- Put the chicken in a cooking dish. Take part cleaved onion, carrot and potato with it.
- By using your fingers, scatter the butter mixture all over the chicken. Use any extra to spread inside, or you may season inside with extra rosemary, salt and pepper. Slice the two lemons and place inside the pit along the extra sprig of crisp rosemary 7. Put the chicken in to the broiler uncovered for 60 minutes and additional 15 minutes more. The Skin has to be brightly tan and the juice has to be run clear.
