Pita Bread Recipe

Ingredients

 

6 mugs  flour

 

4 mugs of bread flour

 

50 g of  yeast

 

1/4 mug of warm water

 

Salt

 

milk, for taste

 

Instructions

 

Add all the remaining fixings and rub it down until when the batter is smoothened and gentle.

 

Place the batter onto a table and rub it down until when the mixture is already smooth and stretchy. Form the batter into 8 round balls. place each round ball in to a circle.

 

When you are to prepare inside the broiler: place it on a non sticky heating sheet and heat it on the rack over 450 degree farhenheit for 5 minutes. flick the pita on and set it in until the pita has totally bloated.

 

Heat it for approximately 60 seconds. In order to help the air pockets structure, gently press it down the area of the pita by using a clean towel.

 

Serve!
