Raspberry Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup cold water
2 teaspoons gelatin
1 tablespoon lemon squeeze juice
1/2 cup white sugar ( organic)
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 cups heavy cream / whipped cream
1 vanilla extract
Directions
Combine cold water and gelatin in a saucepan. Leave it for 5 minutes.
Mix in boiling water, vanilla, white sugar, and raspberries. Place the pan over medium heat and let it boil..
Reduce temperature to low heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Blend mixture into a food processor until it reaches a smooth consistency. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Beat whipping cream using an electric mixer until it forms stiff peaks.
Fold the raspberry mixture into the cream mixture just enough to combine.
Let it chill for atleast an hour before serving. Enjoy!
