Potato Pie Recipe
1 pound sweet potatoes
2 glass cream
1 glass sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted margarine
5 large eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tsp salt
piecrust
confectioners’ sugar
Directions
Preheat broiler to 350° F. Steam the potatoes in a steamer wicker container in a vast pan for 20 minutes.
In a sustenance processor, puree sweet potatoes with cream, sugar, margarine, eggs,and salt until smooth.
Put the mixture into the piecrust and heat until 50 minutes. Let cool.
Dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving
