Kale Smoothie With Pineapple and Banana

Ingredients

1/2 cup whole milk / condensed milk for sweetness
2 cups stemmed and chopped kale
1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple depends on your taste

Directions

Combine the  milk, ½ cup water, the kale, and pineapple in a blender and puree until smooth, about 2 minutes, adding more water to reach the desired consistency. Serve!
