Mushroom Sauce Recipe
1 tablespoon spread
1 little onion
3 cloves garlic
1 pound mushrooms
3 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 containers chicken meat
1 container cream
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon dark pepper
Directions
Melt the spread and include the onion and garlic and fry until translucent, around 4 minutes.
Include the mushrooms and cook until they discharge their fluid and start to tan, around 10 minutes. Include the thyme, pizza, and wine; stew for 5 minutes.
Include the meat, heat to the point of boiling, and stew for 5 minutes. Mix in the cream, salt, and pepper. Stew until the sauce is sticky enough not to touch the spoon.
Serve!
