Mexican Baked Fish

2 pounds cod
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed corn chips
1 avocado – peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sour cream, toppings
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F . Prepare a baking dish.

Put the fish fillets (marinated for better taste) in the prepared baking dish. Pour the salsa and sprinkle with shredded cheese evenly. Top with the crushed corn chips.

Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until cooked. Serve topped with sliced avocado and sour cream.
