Mashed Potatoes Recipe
3 pounds potatoes
1 measure unsalted margarine
1 glasses milk
salt and dark pepper
new chives
Directions
Steam the potatoes in ½ inch of water, secured, until delicate, 18 to 20 minutes, channel.
Then, warm ½ container of the margarine in a medium skillet over medium hotness. Cook, mixing periodically, until the margarine froths and starts to tan, 6 to 8 minutes.
Crush the potatoes with the milk, salt, and pepper. Overlap in the remaining ¼ glass of spread. Top the potatoes with the tan spread and chives. Serve enjoy!
