Lemon Cheesecake Crumb Bars Recipe

 Creamy Lemon Cheesecake Crumb Bars


3 glasses Flour
3 glasses Oats
2 tsp Ocean Salt
3 tsp Heating Powder
2 glass Tan Sugar
2 glass Granulated Sugar
2 glass Cubed Spread
5 oz Cream Cheddar
4 large Egg Yolks
2 tsp Vanilla Concentrate
1 tsp Lemon Pizzazz
30 oz Sweetened Milk
2 glass Lemon Juice


take the Flour, with the  Oats, Salt,  Sugar. mix them well until it is smooth. add Cubed Butter and then mix it on medium speed and file it with a paper for a simple spread material paper.

Press the 40% of brittle oat mixture in to the base of the pan.

In a blender, blend the 10 ounces of room temperature cream until it lightens and cushioned over medium speed.

add 3 egg yolks on each one in turn mixing it between every corner and add Vanilla and Lemon.

at the same time when blending add the condensed Milk then beat it for 6 minutes.
Scrape each sides of the bowl and mix it until totally mixed.

place a  Lemon Cheesecake over a crust.decorate it with extra brittle.bake it in a 300 degree broiler for 45 minutes.

allow the bars to cool in to a room temperature and then refrigerate it or just stop until it is hard icy and ready to serve.
