Lemon-Blueberry Twist Pops Recipe
1 15-ounce can blueberries
2 6-ounce cups custard-style lemon yogurt
1/2 cup whole milk
Directions
Channel the jar of blueberries, saving the juice. Put aside 1/3 container of the blueberries. In a blender, puree the remaining berries and 1 tablespoon of the juice until smooth. Overlay in the saved berries.
In a little bowl, whisk together the yogurt and milk. In pop forms or paper glasses, then again layer 2 adjusted tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and 1 tablespoon of the blueberry mixture. Whirl with a blade.
Cover and stop until firm, 3 hours.
