Herb Potato Salad


1/2 pounds new potatoes (around 15), divided if substantial

1/2 glass cleaved crisp herbs, (for example, level leaf parsley, tarragon, and chives)

2 scallions, meagerly cut

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon entire grain mustard

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

fit salt and dark pepper
