Heirloom Tomato and Cucumber Salad Recipe
2 Lb Natural Legacy Tomatoes cut into wedges
1 English Cucumber – seedless meagerly cut
6 Scallions -cut
2 Tbs lemon juice -naturally pressed or red wine vinegar
1/3 c additional virgin olive oil
1/2 Tsp Ocean Salt + more to taste
Dark Pepper to taste -crisply broke
Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, ocean salt and dark pepper together. Spill over the cut tomatoes, cucumber and scallions and throw to cover tenderly. Serve by meals, chicken, steaks
