Chicken Legs (or Bosoms) – 2
Dijon Mustard – 1 tblsp
Nectar – 1/4 container, liquefied (or Spread)
Salt according to taste
Dark Pepper Powder according to taste
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder on the chicken.
2. Blend the mustard and nectar in a dish.
3. Marinate the chicken legs in this for 3 to 4 hours.
4. Place the marinated chicken legs on a preparing tray.
5. Place the tray in a preheated stove at 200c/400f.
