Frozen Fruity Pops Recipe
Ingredients:
9 tbsp water
2 tbsp sugar
5 oz kiwi, peeled
6 oz mango, peeled
6 oz fresh raspberries
Directions:
Make a basic syrup by joining water and sugar in a little pot and heat to the point of boiling; bubble for around 4-5 minutes on medium hotness. Put aside.
Puree apples and oranges independently in the blender. Put aside in 3 little bowls.
Isolate the basic syrup between the apples and oranges purees and blend in.
Similarly fill four little 5 oz glasses with the kiwi puree and place in the cooler; solidify one hour.
Include mango puree and stop 20 minutes. Supplement sticks and stop no less than 2 hours. Include raspberry puree and stop overnight.
