Eggplant Stew With Olives and Capers Recipe
2 onions
Eggplants
300g dark olives
3 tbsp nectar
4 tbsp basil
lots of Dark pepper ( toppings )
Directions
Cook the onion, garlic for around 10 minutes with a cooking oil, mixing until the eggplants are starting to caramelize.
Include the olives, tricks, pasta, and basil, and stew. Season with a lot of dark pepper. Serve!
