Coffee-Rubbed Skirt Steak

 

Ingredients

2 tablespoons stew powder

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon legitimate salt

1 tablespoon finely ground chicory espresso

1 teaspoon coarsely ground dark pepper

2 (1/2-lb.) boneless skirt, flank, or tri-tip steaks

Preparation

1. Preheat flame broil to 400° to 450° (high) warm. Blend together initial 5 fixings; rub over steaks. Let stand 30 minutes.

2. Flame broil, secured with barbecue cover, 3 to 5 minutes on each one side or to wanted level of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut over the grain into flimsy strips; present with salsa and lime wedge
