Coconut Biscuit Recipe


150 grams Maida (Plain Flour)
1/4 cup Corn Flour
200 grams Unsalted Butter, cubed
100 grams Dessicated Coconut
1/4 cup Icing Sugar



In a bowl combine the corn flour, maida and icing sugar.

Add the butter and rub well to form a dough. Shape into small balls.

Spread the coconut on a plate and roll the prepared balls.

Place the balls on a baking tray lined parchment paper. Press slightly to flatten.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.

Remove and cool. Store in an airtight container.

Serve as a snack.
