Classic Gazpacho Recipe

Classic Gazpacho

green pepper

red pepper

1/2 cup parsley

4 pounds of tomatoes

¼ glass of vinegar

3 tablespoons olive oil


Slice the cucumber and chime peppers using a food processor and put in a bowl.

Include the onion/parsley mixture and mix well.

Pour tomatoes and blend for around 60 seconds and add vegetables in a large bowl.

Blend well and refrigerate for less than 3 hours.
