Chocolate Apricot Bars Recipe
2 glass unsalted margarine
2 glasses sugar
6 large eggs
5 tsp vanilla
3 measures flour
3 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
250g chocolate chips
200g apricots
Directions
High temperature stove to 350° F.
Beat in the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Include the flour, salt, and cinnamon and mix until smooth. Blend in chocolate chips, and apricots.
Heat 30 minutes or until the cake starts to draw far from the sides of the dish.
Cool on a dish for 30 minutes. Cut into bars, before serving
