Chilli Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken – 750 gms

Eggs – 2, beaten somewhat

Corn Flour – 1 container

Ginger Garlic Glue – 2 tsp

Onions – 4 containers, slashed

Green Chillies – 4 tblsp, cut

Soy Sauce – 2 tblsp

Vinegar – 4 tblsp

Spring Onions – modest bunch

Oil for profound broiling

Salt according to taste

Method:

1. Consolidate the chicken, eggs, ginger garlic glue and corn flour in a vessel.

2. Pour enough water so the chicken pieces are decently covered with the player.

3. Keep aside to marinate for 60 to 90 minutes.

4. High temperature oil in a profound skillet over high fire.

5. Profound broil the chicken pieces until cooked through.

6. Uproot and channel overabundance oil.

7. Heat 1 or 2 tblsp of oil in a different container.

8. Include the onions and broil for 2 minutes.

9. Include the green chillies and mix more than once.

10. Include the soy sauce, vinegar, chicken and salt.
