Little Onion – 2 cleaved
Zest of 1 Lemon
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds 2 tsp
Burger Buns toasted
Dark Pepper Powder according to taste
Oil as needed
mix the chickpeas, with the onion, capsicum, lemon juice, lemon pizzazz, olive oil, breadcrumbs, spread, sesame oil and sesame seeds in a dish.
transfer it to a blender and blend it well. Add a little bit of pepper powder and transfer it to another dish.
Make 5 bundles of mixture and gently file them to a patty, using your wet hands.
disiminate them with a stick film and place them in the ice chest for 10 hours or overnight.
warm a non-stick pan over fire.
add a little bit of oil and cook the patties for 5 minutes.
slice the burger buns into half parts.
brush the margarine on the other half
put a lettuce leaf and add the filed patty.
decorate it up with cuts of onion, cucumber and tomato.
add up of tomato sauce and dust it with pepper powder on the top.
brush it with the other half.
