Chicken and Mushroom Pot Pies

Ingredients

4 tbsp oil
5 lb chicken bosom mea

3 garlic cloves

4 lb mushrooms

Salt & pepper

2 oz vinegar

1 mug flour

3 mugs milk

3 sheets puff baked

4 egg

Guidelines

warm the 2 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium high temperature.

darken a bit the chicken until when the color is a little bit bright, do it for 4-5 minutes.

take it out from the container and set it aside.

place the shallot and the garlic, cook it for 3 minutes.

place the mushrooms then cook it for ten minutes.

sprinkle it with salt and pepper and deglaze with the white wine to add flavor on it.

place the flour into milk for you to make slurry.

pour over the mushrooms then cook it until it thickened.

mix it in the spread and with the chicken.

when it is ready to bake, heat the broiler in to a 390°f.

set aside the filling between small dishes.

slice 8-10 circles dishes like sizes and decorate each pie with baked circles.

gently brush with egg.

set it for 30 minutes and when it’s done then time to serve it with your family and friends…
