Buffalo Chicken Fries
Ingredients

4 vast Russet potatoes, cleaned

1 glass Heinz ketchup

1/4 glass hot wing sauce

1 glass blue cheddar dressing

2 green onions, meagerly cut, discretionary

Guidelines

Preheat broiler to 400°f. Shower 1 sheet dish with cooking spread and line an alternate with foil. In a little bowl join ketchup and hot wing sauce. Blend to consolidate, holding 2 Tbsp. of the sauce.

Spot chicken breasts on foil-lined sheet skillet. Spread saved 2 Tbsp.

Expel chicken from broiler and cool.

Cut potatoes into equal parts, then cut into 1/4-inch wedges. Place potatoes on lubed sheet dish and sprinkle with canola oil. Throw to layer, then season with salt and pepper. Broil potatoes at 400°f for 30 minutes, flipping midway through.

Warm in broiler for an extra 10 minutes, until the chicken is hot. Serve warm with blue cheddar dressing and enhancement with cut green onions.
