Berry Shortcakes
Ingredients

2 pounds berries, (for example, raspberries, blueberries, or cut strawberries)

1/3 container in addition to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 container substantial cream

8 rolls, locally acquired or produced using a mix

Directions

In an extensive vessel, throw the berries and 1/3 mug of the sugar. Let sit for no less than 15 minutes (and up to 4 hours, refrigerated).

In a medium dish, beat the cream and the staying 2 tablespoons of sugar until delicate tops structure.

Part the rolls down the middle. Spoon the berries and whipped cream on the base parts and sandwich with the tops.
