Banana Smoothie

Oatmeal Smoothie:
All you need:
1 banana
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
Direction: Mix together in blender or mixer and enjoy!

Measure out three parts liquid to one part oats (for example 1/3 cup oats, 1 cup water) bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes. If adding any flavorings, do it before letting the oats stand. Repeat the above steps as needed until the oats soften to a desired consistency.

Put the banana, outmeal, yogurt and the honey on the mixer. Enjoy
