Avocado and tuna

All you need:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 onion
  • 6 peppermint leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cream cheese

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Slice the avocado and remove the pit, then spoon out about 2 tablespoons of the avocado flesh where the pit was to make the hollow large enough for the tuna mixture, place the tuna mixture into the avocados, and put in the oven, bake about 30 minutes.
Tuna Mixture:
Chop the onion and peppermint leaves into small pieces. Mix tuna, onion, peppermint, the cream cheese and salt and pepper.
