Strawberry Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients 

2 ounces frozen packed strawberries
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cake flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
A pinch of sea salt
1 cup butter
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
3 free range eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups whole milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare muffin tins,

Grind strawberries into the food processor. Mix well.

Combine ingredienst: strawberries, flour, cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Mix them together with an electric mixer in a medium speed. Add butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth and fluffy. Add vanilla extract. Mix with milk ang blend thoroughly, but do not over beat.

Bake in preheated oven until cupcakes spring back when gently touched with a fingertip or a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 16 to 18 minutes for regular cupcakes, 8 to 10 minutes for mini cupcakes.
