Buttery Lady Peas Recipe
Ingredients
2 containers new woman peas
1/4 yellow onion
2 garlic cloves, pulverized
1 teaspoon legitimate salt
6 new thyme sprigs
4 new level leaf parsley sprigs
Kitchen string
2 tablespoons margarine
3 green onions, cut
3 tablespoons coarsely slashed crisp basil takes off
Dark pepper
Preparation
1. Bring initial 4 fixings and 1 qt. water to a bubble in a vast pan over high hotness. Entwine thyme and parsley with kitchen string. Lessen high temperature to low; include herb package, and stew, mixing at times, 25 to 30 minutes or until peas are only delicate. Channel peas, saving 1/4 glass cooking fluid.
2. Melt spread in a medium skillet over medium high temperature. Mix in peas and saved cooking fluid; cook 2 minutes. Dispose of herb pack and onion wedge. Blend in green onions and basil. Add pepper to taste. Serve instantly.
