Ingredients

Pomegranate Jelly:

  • 3 teaspoons (9 grams) unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) cold water
  • 2 cups (480 ml) unsweetened Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated white sugar, or to taste

Apple Jelly:

  • 3 teaspoons (9 grams) unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) cold water
  • 2 cups (480 ml) unsweetened Apple Juice
  • 1/3 cup (65 grams) granulated white sugar, or to taste

Garnish: (optional)

  • Softly whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
